Over the last 3 weeks I have received 119 e-mails and letters from Russian women, and still getting more every day. I have to congratulate you with this HUGE success, which I have never dreamt about! I must confess that it is not very pleasant to write to all the women I have rejected, because they are all very nice women! Also it has taken a lot of time reading and answering all this mail. But I have chosen one, and will correspond only with one, which in my eyes is fair for the women and me!

Dear Elena

I was going to write a personal letter to you - later, as time always seems scarce !!, But there is no time like the present and now is a good time as any.

I am an accountant with his own practice. So I have come across many businesses and have been involved with them in many different fields, from raising money for take-overs (so that small boys can play at being big boys) looking after their banking arrangements to fulfilling roles of being an accountant, brother, father, godfather!! Acting as go between father and son when they cannot agree - in other word the rich tapestry of family company business life. I give you this background just to give meaning behind the compliment I am going to pay you.

Also this is the first time I have given this kind of feed back even though I felt it many times before but never communicated which a times I have regretted. As you know its totally unsolicited and meant with genuine appreciation of someone. In my experience, yours has been the most refreshing honest, complete with much thought and professional operation I have encountered for a long time and it is with the utmost pleasure that I am using your services. There is much more that I can add but I believe you can guess most of it now. All the more credit to you for raising the business from obviously humble beginnings. It could not have been easy and all the more marked the achievement.

So I wish you every success and much happiness in what you do. I am sure that you will continue to find rewards which in my experience exist at every stage of a family company's growth. There is no denying the problems also increase but resolving them is half the fun, challenge and the prize. So good luck always.

If you are ever in London (UK) with your husband and family, and would have time for a cup of coffee it would be wonderful. Alternatively if you ever require any help in this country I would always be happy to assist in which ever way I can.. Please accept this in the spirit in which it is intended.
